Manage and Thrive with ADHD

There is nothing as motivating or inspirational as an ADHD person who has found their passion and is absolutely living for it. We have seen time and time again, how through simply inspiring and empowering someone with ADHD and encouraging them that, yes while they may have their issues in certain areas, they are absolute powerhouses in others! We help ADHD people connect with their passions, and become obsessed with what is most important to them. We find that as soon as that link is drawn (and permitted), that ADHD people get absolutely lost in their passions and can rapidly become experts in their field or create careers beyond their wildest dreams. Sometimes all it takes is someone to help you find your path.

HOW CAN WE HELP

  • Visualisation and awareness practices to help people remain tethered to what is truly important, rather than getting swept away in all the ‘noise’

UNDERSTANDING ADHD

Our approach blends contemporary neuroscience techniques and explanations, with eastern philosophies around presence of mind and awareness. We have found this combination instrumental in helping people seize control, master their minds, overcome the chaos and forgive themselves through understanding. This approach, coupled with a down to earth teaching style which really helps the concepts sink in and be applied, helps people feel less alone and more in control of the condition. We are interested in practical, tested strategies which, when implemented, help the ADHD person understand their mind and how it operates. Our approach will help them to take control and ‘steer the ship’ in the direction they have always wanted to go.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

We find that once a person with ADHD is deeply connected to their passion, the rest of their life falls rapidly into place. Feelings of unfulfillment fade rapidly, as the monotony of a fresh daily grind and inevitable underachievement is replaced by an optimism and determination to be the best at something which matters to them. From video game design to martial arts, helping people embrace and monetise their passions helps them create a career and life of engagement. We have seen reliably how this approach can rapidly switch the ADHD persons life from one of simply surviving – to absolutely thriving.

Of course, it isn’t always as simple as helping people follow their heart. There are all sorts of roadblocks and learned behaviours which often trip people up along the way. Fortunately, we have those covered too.
